Ingredients
2 shots Gin
5ml Crème de Cassis
3 shots Cloudy Apple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice, plus a little extra for the glass
2 dashes Vanilla Syrup
12 Blackberries
1 Tbsp. Demerara Sugar
½ Tbsp. Cinnamon Powder
Mint leaves to decorate
Method
Add the blackberries to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle.
Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice and vanilla syrup in a cocktail shaker along with a couple of ice cubes and shake well for 30 seconds.
Blend the sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Coat the rim of a glass with lemon juice to moisten it and then roll it in the sugar so it coats the rim.
Carefully strain the cocktail into the glass, and top up with a teaspoon of creme de cassis.
