5 lemons
220g white sugar
To serve:
Plenty of ice
Strawberries and raspberries
1 sprig of lavender
A few slices of lemon
Method:
Cut the Lemons in half and squeeze out all the juice straight into a non-stick pan.
Add in the sugar and pour in the lemon juice.
Boil for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat and leave to cool a little.
Pour the cordial through a sieve, then carefully transfer into a preserving bottle and store in the fridge.
This cordial will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
