Ingredients
1/2 cup espresso coffee
240ml milk
2 tsp. caster sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
6 ice cubes
Method
Place the coffee and sugar into a jug, stirring until all the sugar has dissolved
Add milk to the coffee mixture and stir to mix
Take 2 glasses and fill with the mixture, adding in 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass and stir
Add 3 ice cubes to each glass and serve
