Ingredients
3 peeled kiwi fruit
1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
300ml pineapple juice
1 banana
Almond milk – amount dependent on preference
Method:
1. Peel, de-stone and chop all fruit.
2. Put all ingredients into blender. Decide on the amount of almond milk, depending on what consistency you prefer your smoothie, for a thicker smoothie, use minimal or no milk, for a runnier smoothie, add at least 300ml of almond milk.
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve with mint and fresh kiwi.
TOP TIP: Try adding a pinch of ground spice to the mix for some extra depth.
