Ingredients
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Ginger, freshly grated
1 clove garlic, minced
4 salmon fillets
Method
Combine marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, 6-8 minutes or until mixture is reduced by half.
Place the salmon fillets into a baking dish, pour the sauce over the salmon and bake in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes until fully cooked.
