Pumpkin Punch
Ingredients
1 floz. Orange flavoured vodka
¼ floz. Lime juice
1 floz. Tequila
2 heaped Tsp. Pumpkin Seed Butter (or Peanut Butter)
2 dashes of orange bitters
Method
Add the vodka, tequila, lime juice, bitters and pumpkin seed butter to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for a minute, until well mixed.
Strain in to a chilled glass and serve.

Witch’s Brew
Ingredients
2 floz. Chilli infused vodka
1 floz. Sour apple schnapps
1 floz Apple juice
Marshmallow Eye Balls - optional
Method
Add the Vodka, Schnapps and apple juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with marshmallow eye balls.

Ingredients
1½ floz. Orange flavoured vodka
½ floz. Malibu
1 floz. Passion fruit juice
½ floz. Orange juice
¾ floz. Cinnamon Schnapps
2 dashes of absinthe
½ floz Campari
Method
Add the vodka, Malibu, juices, schnapps and absinth to a mixing glass. Top off with crushed ice.
Stir well with a mixing spoon and strain into a highball glass and top off with the Campari.

1½ floz. Vodka
½ floz. Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
2 floz. Blackcurrant juice
Ice

Method
Rim a martini glass by dipping it first into a shallow dish of blackcurrant juice then a dish of sugar.
Add all of the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir well with a mixing spoon.
Strain into the prepared glass and serve immediately.

Ingredients
2 floz. Dark Spiced Rum
½ floz. Cream
½ floz. Cinnamon Syrup
Apple Juice
Activated charcoal powder
Cinnamon powder
Black sugar sprinkles (used for cake decorating)
Ice
Method
Prepare the martini glass by dipping the rim in a small dish of apple juice and then into a small dish of black sugar sprinkles.
Add the rum, cream and cinnamon syrup to a cocktail shaker and top up with ice. Shack vigorously until condensation begins to build up on the outside of the shaker.
Strain into the prepared glass and to off with apple juice.
Add a pinch of cinnamon powder and 2 pinches of activated charcoal then carefully stir with a mixing spoon.

100ml (3½ floz) spiced rum
50ml (1½ floz) coconut-flavoured rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
85ml (3 floz) pineapple juice
60ml (2 floz) orange juice

Method
Add ice, spiced rum, coconut rum, grenadine, pineapple juice and orange juice to shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into glass full of ice, garnish and serve.
