Avocado Chocolate Mousse


2 Avocados
90g Agave Nectar
40g Cacao powder
4 tbsp. Milk (Any plant based milk)
½ tbsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. chia powder
Pinch of salt


Firstly, you’ll need to half and scoop out all of the avocado. Once done, place into a food processor along with the milk, vanilla extract, agave nectar and half of the cacao powder. Blitz until smooth and start spooning in the rest of the ingredients.

Once all blended until smooth and there are no lumps, place into little serving dishes and place into the fridge until its ready to serve. Serve with a touch of Mint to present.
