Chai Spiced Winter Oats


2/3 cup oats

2 cups milk

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp cardamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey

1 small banana, sliced

2 tbsp. chia seeds


Gently boil the milk in a saucepan. Add the oats, cover and simmer on low until cooked.

Remove from the heat and stir in the spices, vanilla and honey. 

Top with pomegranate seeds, banana and chia seeds.
