Ingredients
A handful of cranberrys
4 Limes
110g (4oz) sugar
100ml (3½fl oz) cranberry juice
100ml (3½fl oz) lemonade
Method
Put the lime zest and juice of 1 lime in to a small pan with the sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool completely.
To serve, divide the syrup between 4 small glasses and top with ice.
Add the cranberry juice then top up with lemonade, stirring to combine the ingredients.
Top with cranberries and slices of lime.
