Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
160ml almond milk
180g dark chocolate
1 earl grey tea bag
Method:
Place one tea bag in almond milk for 5 minutes
Melt the chocolate
Remove the tea bag and add the infused almond milk to the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before adding.
Stir until combined.
Beat the mixture for 5 minutes.
Fill glasses, jars or bowls and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve with dark chocolate shavings on top.
