Ingredients
100g Shredded Wheat
250g milk chocolate
2tbsp golden syrup
75g butter, softened
1 bag of Mini Eggs
Method
Place paper cases in a 12-hole muffin tray.
Melt the milk chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a melting pot over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir continually with a wooden spoon until the mixture is melted.
Break Shredded Wheat into small pieces in a mixing bowl using the back of a mixing spoon.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the Shredded Wheat and mix with the wooden spoon until all the Shredded Wheat is covered in the melted chocolate.
Spoon the mixture into the 12 cases. Add a few Mini Eggs to the top of each nest.
Place in the fridge to cool.
