French Crêpes


French Crêpes

300g cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted


In mixing bowl beat the eggs and milk together (electric whisk if possible). Sift in the flour, sugar and salt, beat until the mixture is smooth. Pour in the melted butter and stir.

Heat a little oil on a crepe pan and pour over approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture when the pan is hot. Tip and rotate the pan to spread the mixture evenly. When the crêpe is golden brown on both sides remove and repeat the process until all the mixture has gone.

You may serve this with any chosen toppings. Strawberries and cream is always a winner.
