Ingredients:
250g granola
50g crushed almonds
120g honey
50g butter
25g brown sugar
200g dark chocolate
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
Break up granola
Melt the butter with the honey and sugar over a low heat. Once melted pour the mixture over the granola and crushed almonds and mix.
Press into a 20cm baking tin lined with baking paper
Bake for 25 minutes
Allow to cool. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the top of the bars. Allow to cool then cut into slices.
