Lemon Curd Ice Cream


300ml of double cream

100ml natural yoghurt

300g lemon curd

Juice and zest of a half a lemon


Whisk the cream until soft peaks form, add the yoghurt, lemon curd, lemon juice and zest

Spread in a serving dish and freeze for 6 hours
