Vegetable and Halloumi Burgers


Bag of Salad
1 Aubergine
1 Courgette 
4 Burger Buns
2 Blocks of 225g Halloumi 


Heat up a little oil in a griddle pan and gently fry the sliced halloumi, courgette and aubergine cooking it gently for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Take your toasted or non-toasted burger buns and place on the halloumi slice and layer it with sliced aubergine and courgette, then add another slice of halloumi and some salad.

You are ready to serve.
